Compare the sample with the agreed product reference and specification. Record the size, material, construction, branding, finish and packaging that matter to your intended use. Identify who will approve it and keep the approved version with the order brief.
What evidence should I ask for?
Ask which measurements, photographs, inspection records or test documents will support the agreed requirements. A photograph can show appearance; it does not establish a performance or certification claim. Where a standard matters, name it and ask for model-specific evidence.

How should changes be handled?
Keep a clear record of changes to the specification, artwork, packaging or approved sample. Ask which changes affect price, quantity, timing or the checks required before shipment. Avoid relying on an earlier conversation when the final requirement has changed.

Celion will review your requirement and respond. Sampling arrangements, charges, lead times, inspection scope and shipment responsibilities depend on the project and should be agreed in the commercial proposal.
