Information you provide

When you enquire, we receive the contact and company details, message, product selections, quantities, destination and other requirements you submit. Artwork or design documents are optional. Please send only information needed for your business enquiry and files you are entitled to share.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, review sourcing options, prepare commercial discussions and keep a record of the enquiry. We also process technical request information to prevent spam and protect submissions. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Who processes it

Celion personnel handling your enquiry can access the submitted information. The website runs on Sites with Cloudflare services for hosting, enquiry records and design-file storage. Resend processes enquiry notification and acknowledgement emails. Google reCAPTCHA processes verification interactions to help prevent automated abuse. If you open the booking calendar, Microsoft handles the booking information under its privacy terms.

We may share the product specifications or artwork needed to assess your requirement with relevant sourcing, manufacturing or service partners. Tell us about any confidentiality restrictions before sending sensitive material. Service providers and sourcing partners may process information in countries other than your own.

Drafts on your device

Your product shortlist is stored in this browser until you clear or submit it. Requirement and contact drafts remain in the current browser tab’s session until successful submission or closing the tab. Browser session restoration may restore that tab’s saved data. Artwork attachments must be reattached after a full reload. If browser storage is blocked, drafts may remain only while the page is open.

On a shared device, clear your shortlist and close the tab after use. Open your shortlist.

Website measurements

We count page views and actions such as product views, shortlist additions, form starts and search results with no matches to understand where the site needs improvement. These aggregate measurements do not contain contact details, messages, artwork, search text or advertising identifiers. They are event counts, not a record of an individual buyer’s browsing history. An outbound calendar click is counted separately from a confirmed booking.

Records and retention

We retain enquiry correspondence while needed to handle the request, manage a resulting business relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Enquiry records do not currently have an automatic fixed deletion period; contact us to request a review or deletion. Design-file download links expire after 90 days, and expired website uploads are eligible for removal during cleanup. A download by a recipient creates a separate copy outside that website link.

Security and delivery records support abuse prevention and reliable follow-up. Website measurement totals contain no enquiry content or contact details.

Your questions and choices

Email info@celionglobal.com to ask what enquiry information we hold about you, correct it, request deletion, or raise a concern. Include an enquiry reference if you have one; please do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate process. We may need to verify the request and retain information where there is an applicable obligation or an unresolved business matter.
